For an IC week and the next OOC month, Sinnoh Elite Academy will be hosting a festival to celebrate the upcoming school year. [break][break] The student council has worked hard to decorate the campus and put on a variety of activities. After classes and into the evening, the quad turns into a carnival space, with paper lanterns, small fireworks, prizes, and games hosted by various clubs. The week culminates in a casual Pokemon Contest, at the end of which, the Headmaster will formally address the student body to bring in the school year. [break][break] Something strange happens at the Headmaster's Address this year, though. At the end of the month, we will open a Secret Ultra Limited Assignment: able to be taken and RPed for 1 week only, it will be a rapidfire event thread GMed by a staff member.
