It was a crisp autumn afternoon. The trees were vibrant shades of amber and scarlet as Xander made his way through the Amity Park trail to the campsite, the sound of leaves crunching under his feet. To many, Summer was always the best season to camp, but Xander had always believed that the warm colors and beautiful scenery of fall made camping in the lower temperatures worth it. A few years have passed since the last time he had gone camping; after the fire claimed almost everything his family had ever known, his mother was always focused on survival. Due to their grave situation, there was never room for having fun within their schedule.

Now, as a college student, everything was different. Although Xander had to participate in this trip for an assignment, it was nice change of pace from his usual wake up, work, and sleep cycle that engulfed his life. Though, the whole point of this assignment was to...socialize? As expected of his taciturn nature, Xander was never one to be good with words, and he silently dreaded the possibilities of being forced into repeated conversations throughout the night. At the very least, Isabelle would enjoy this outing, and that was all that mattered in Xander's eyes.

As Xander continued to walk through the trail, carrying a backpack filled with what few essential belongings he had, he eventually came across a clearing that one could only assume to be the campsite. The glade was breathtaking; it was wide enough to comfortably inhabit for a night or two, and the trees draped over the middle in such a fashion that the light seemed to filter in through the leaves ever so delicately. As the first to arrive, Xander made his way over to one of the logs and sat down, placing his backpack down beside him as he took in the scenery. The site was well equipped with a pond for fishing, a fire pit, and even large logs to sit on around it. SEA had provided some basic camping supplies, such as a throw tent, but there was nothing too particularly fancy aside from that.

A slight breeze floated through, rustling the trees ever so slightly and causing a few leaves to gracefully dance towards the ground. Xander's gaze fixated on landscape around him as he waited for the others, lost in thought.

So uh how does camping work? Ethan questioned himself as he walked down the trail with his Hawlucha following by his side. The two of them let out a soft sigh wondering how the hell they ended up in this madness. It all started a few days back when one of the instructors wanted him to take part of an assignment with a couple of his classmates. When he saw the word camping the first thing that came to his mind was the Barbotage family line training camp so he easily accepted the offer.

Now here he is walking down the trail with a slightly heavy backpack around his back. It looks like he isn’t alone Captain seemed to have packed way too much as well. “Looks like this will be some serious training get ready for this Cap.” Ethan spoke with confidence before turning his attention back down to his Hawlucha. “Last one there has to set up camp!”

The two of them raced down the path picking up their pace as they got closer and closer to the camp sight. Once they made it to the camp sight, the idiots had to come to a complete stop however they were too quick for their feet! Ethan ended up tripping over wings causing them to tumble over onto the ground! The young adult moaned underneath his breath rubbing his head before turning over to one of his classmates. “Ethan and Captain Barbotage reporting for duty... owe...”
